Termite Treatment - Baiting

Antimite is proud to be selected by Dow AgroSciences as an Authorized Operator of The Sentricon® Termite Colony Elimination System. The installation of Sentricon is homeowner friendly, in that it does not involve trenching or drilling. As a managed baiting system, a technician will visit the home several times a year on a regular schedule to examine the system. Homeowners will receive reports after every visit showing the status of each station. Pricing is based on the linear footage around the home and must be bid by technician at the site. We provide free estimates with a complimentary termite inspection and verbal report. Ask your technician if your house qualifies for a Damage Protection Plan.

Termite Treatment - Conventional

Antimite can also provide conventional termite control with treatment methods using Termidor. These treatments require drilling and treating all exterior slabs and garages as well as trenching and treating the exterior soil to provide a barrier of pretection around your home.

Termite Inspections / Real Estate Reports

Antimite will perform a visual whole house inspection for residential, multifamily and commercial properties. Written inspection reports for real estate transactions and home refinancing can also be provided for a small fee.

General Pest Control - Residential and Commercial

This service includes both interior and exterior perimeter treatments to the structure using the latest treatment techniques. Residual dust, liquid and bait applications will all be utilized to strategically control pests in and around your home.
